A simple and easy to use transect oriented bat detector. It comes equipped with an internal microphone, which can reach detection frequencies of up to 160 kHz and can record Full Spectrum and Zero Crossing files on an SD card. It is powered by 2 AA batteries. The user can listen to heterodyne, auto-heterodyne and frequency division sounds in real time, and can even record voice notes. The device is equipped with a built in GPS which geotags each recording, making it easy to analyse the sounds in the Anabat Insight software.
