An all-in-one solution, with an innovative 5’’ touch screen display, with a specific Android interface and an internal rechargeable battery, this device is a powerhouse for bat researchers. You can see the sonogram in real time and with a search light, can accurately identify the species directly in the field. It can record full spectrum and zero crossing and comes with multiple sensors, such as a luxmeter, a temperature sensor and an integrated GPS. This will not only geotag each recording, but also show you a track on the map, with points for each detection. This will also show a base map if connected to the internet (OSM), The device is mostly useful for transects, but can be switched to auto recording mode and can be used as a passive detector in certain conditions (8-12 hours of battery life, given certain conditions). Very easily connected to the Anabat Insight software for sonogram visualisation and species identification (includes an auto-ID engine). Works with an SD cards (max 512 GB). The devices is equipped with an internal ultrasound microphone, but for ease of use and for longer detection ranges, we recommend attaching an external directional microphone with an extension cable, sold separately (this will also require an add-on on the front of the device). The device can be protected by a silicone case and a screen protector.
